The Wall (Abigail - Day 7)2/21/2020 I often find myself thinking about whether or not people are inherently good or evil. Sometimes I enjoy thinking about this. Other times I do not. Today, I saw murals of murderous men, immortalized in giant color pictures on the sides of buildings. I wondered why something such as religion, the SAME religion, would have caused such a conflict. They built walls. It’s the easiest and most simple solution. They’re huge and concrete and built to withstand bomb blasts. They’re tangible proof of the violence. The walls are covered in words of peace and hope for the future. One day, they might fall.
“I hope you keep your children away from religion.” “You should be loving someone.” Comments are closed.
