A 48 Hour Day Anna Kitts2/15/2020 The lights were so bright on the plane. For the three hours I slept, I hid under my jacket. Finally, I peeked out of my jacket and greeted London with smile. We had arrived! Megan, Dr. Holt, and Chris successfully led us through the tube and Greater London to the Ridgmount Hotel. Emma, Rose, Mary Ella, and I relaxed in our room while the cool breeze of London whizzed through our window. In the wind and rain, we all stumbled through the streets and prayed food was coming soon. Davis and I marveled at the paintings in the National Portraits Gallery. I loved The Annunciation because of its three little angles. (I made it my screensaver) I ended what felt like a 48 hour day with a delicious chicken burrito.
